John Sheppard is cartoonist living in the Atlanta area. In the late '70s John sold his first cartoon to The Daily Dope, a cheap monthly, about sex, drugs and rock 'n roll. He sold his second cartoon to them also. Then they went out of business.

Shep's cartoons have appeared in such places as Georgia Runner, Diocesan Publications, Purple Heart, MetLife, the Pentagon, CHERI, Leatherneck magazine and others. They've also appeared in online magazines and web site such as Catholic Online, kidsrunning.com and the militarynewsnetwork.com.
