Where would the kid’s loyalties lie? I guess it would depend on who was deployed longer and more often. But hey … it a cartoon and we shouldn’t spend anymore serious thought on it than we already have. In my personal humble opinion, I’d say the kid in this cartoon would join the USMC and serve in an Air Wing … the perfect combination.

It might not be that mixed – they may be both helo mech’s. He’s engines and she’s avionics and they met at Ft. Rucker (Army) while on a course or an eval of a new helo.
The kid could wind up working for the CIA as a UAV operator.
