Go figure! At best its a stretch for urban environments. Wait a minute … maybe if they put little treads on the skates (ala tracked vehicles) they could be used on uneven surfaces! Not that this has been suggested, but I think its symtomatic of huge organizations, some little piece running off at a tangent over here … another going off over there and no one speaking to each other.
